Well this might be rather jarring for the readers. But as the writer, I find myself thinking that this isn't quite Super Sentai-ish.
Most Super Sentai focuses on the Super Sentai team helping the oppressed innocents, mostly kids, by the bad guys. However, at this rate, the bad guys seem to target directly on the Super Sentai members themselves. It's justified that they wanted to get rid of the obstacles before they aim for the rest of unresisting humans, but still I hope this doesn't affect the quality so much.
And there's the lack of giant robot battles. But for that... I'm saving it for a latter, more epic time. Trust me on that.
