In this chapter, Miki found out about her mother, Maki Momozono, and visited her, only to be harshly refused due to her never contacting the mother. The next day, Maki attacked Miki's school, revealing herself to be a Vyram monster. Miki eventually fought to free her mother from brainwashing, and while she succeeded, Radiguet cold-bloodedly murdered Maki in front of Miki, greatly crushing her.
Also in this chapter is another instance where Takeru shows extreme anger, especially on Radiguet.
